By placing an order through the Kneady website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies ensure a smooth and transparent process for cancellations, refunds, and returns.
Order Cancellation
🔹 If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@trykneady.com.
🔹 If your order has not yet been shipped, we will fully refund your payment.
🔹 If your order has already been fulfilled and a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to cancel it as it is already in transit.
Taste Guarantee
We are confident that your cat will love products! However, if your cat refuses to eat it, we offer a taste refund policy.
How it works:
🔹Reach out to us within 30 days of delivery.
🔹Share a quick video showing your cat isn’t enjoying the product.
🔹Once approved, we’ll process your refund right away.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us at support@trykneady.com with:

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Resending Policy
We only resend items in cases of:
✅ Damaged products
✅ Wrong item received
✅ Defective items

Restocking Fee
