Cancellation and Refund policy

By placing an order through the Kneady website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies ensure a smooth and transparent process for cancellations, refunds, and returns.


Order Cancellation

🔹 If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at support@trykneady.com.
🔹 If your order has not yet been shipped, we will fully refund your payment.
🔹 If your order has already been fulfilled and a tracking number has been issued, we are unable to cancel it as it is already in transit.


30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy from the date you receive your order. Due to our warehouse being overseas, we can only offer refunds or resends for:
Damaged products
Incorrect items sent

If 30 days have passed since you received your order, we cannot process a refund or exchange, unless the item was wrongly sent. We appreciate your understanding.


Taste Guarantee – Krillicious Oil

We are confident that your cat will love Krillicious Oil! However, if your cat refuses to eat it, we offer a taste refund policy.

🔹 How it works: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a return and refund.
🔹 If your request is made after 30 days, we will not be able to offer a refund.

We encourage trying Krillicious Oil as soon as possible to ensure your cat enjoys it!


Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inspect your order immediately upon arrival and contact us at support@trykneady.com with:

We will review the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Resending Policy

We only resend items in cases of:
Damaged products
Wrong item received
Defective items

If you need a replacement, please contact us at support@trykneady.com with supporting details, and we’ll be happy to assist you.


Restocking Fee

🚫 Good news! We do not charge a restocking fee for refunds or resends.
