Order Processing Policy

  • Processing Time: 3-7 business days

    • Due to high order volumes, our team is working hard to process your orders as quickly as possible.
    • Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays.
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Order Acceptance & Cancellations:

    • Kneady reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons such as inventory issues or payment verification failure. If your order is canceled, you will be fully refunded and notified via email.
    • If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@trykneady.com.

Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide! To make our products more accessible and affordable, many of our items are fulfilled from international warehouses. Below are the estimated delivery times:

United States:

🚚 Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. Please allow 48-72 hours for tracking to update after shipment.

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages: If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team at support@trykneady.com, and we will assist you in tracking your package.

📍 Changing Shipping Details:

  • You may update your shipping address within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team.
  • Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, we cannot modify delivery details.
