- Due to high order volumes, our team is working hard to process your orders as quickly as possible.
- Orders are processed Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Order Acceptance & Cancellations:
- Kneady reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons such as inventory issues or payment verification failure. If your order is canceled, you will be fully refunded and notified via email.
- If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@trykneady.com.
