Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Processing days: Monday–Saturday, excluding US holidays
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email
Order Acceptance & Cancellations
Kneady reserves the right to cancel any order due to inventory availability, payment verification issues, or suspected fraud. If an order is canceled, you will be fully refunded and notified by email.
If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us here within 24 hours of placing your order.

- Shipping address updates are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order
- Once an order has shipped, delivery details cannot be modified
